December Financial Performance Report Released
In this report for the third quarter of Capital Health’s fiscal year, you will find an update on the implementation of our 2011-12 business plan, an update on our capital plan, and information on how we are making operational improvements in our laboratories resulting in improved care and significant cost savings. We have also provided information on one of the key initiatives in this year’s business plan - case costing, a way to capture the cost of specific procedures and care by calculating all direct and indirect costs.
