Audio Visual Services

Audio Visual Services at Capital Health are provided by individuals and firms who are approved by Communications Nova Scotia and are on a standing offer with Communications Nova Scotia.

Timelines

Please allow sufficient amount of time for your request to be processed as workload varies and can be heavy at times. In case you are on a tight timeline, please check with Audio Visual provider first before submitting request.

How to submit your request

For Graphic Design Services, complete Request for Graphic Services form and email completed form to a graphic designer from the Graphic Designer Vendor list.

For Business card design, choose Vividworks Graphic Design. For a continuous order document that will require a document number, please choose Agenda Design.

For Videography or Photography, complete Request for Medical Photography and AV Services and email completed form to a Video Designer Vendor or Photography Designer Vendor

Medical Records Forms (MR) Processing

Please note that requests for Capital Health Medical Records Forms (MR) cannot be sent to a graphic designer directly. These forms are the part of the patient records,and have to be processed through the Forms Committee before any design work can be done.
