Partners for Care Farmers' Market still going strong
The farmers' market at the Victoria General site of the QEII is still bringing in many visitors and vendors this fall.
The Partners for Care Farmers' Market takes place on the VG site terrace on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It offers a space for vendors to sell locally produced goods, and it provides a community atmosphere for patients, visitors, staff and physicians.
Through the Partners for Care, a portion of the revenue from sales goes back to fund health care.
The market is expected to remain outside until and including Nov. 1, weather permitting.
