Business Plan 2012-13 - About Us
Capital Health’s 2012-13 business plan was approved by the Government of Nova Scotia May 10, 2012.
Capital Health’s base funding from the province for the fiscal year is $710 million. Including revenue from other sources, the organization’s total budget is $796 million.
The province held the district’s budget stable for a second year in a row. This decision was made in order to minimize the impact on patient care.
The organization must still cover cost increases and other pressures, equivalent to $15.1 million.
