How to Obtain Laboratory Requisitions
Important Change to Laboratory Requisitions – Effective July 4, 2016
Please see the chart below for details about the laboratory requisitions currently available. Requisitions previously available, that are not listed in the chart below,are obsolete and have therefore been removed from service.
External clients, please call 902-466-8070 to request Central Zone, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine requisitions.
Those who do have access to the Nova Scotia Health Authority Central Zone Intranet (internal network), please go to Printing Services Requisition for Duplicating
